Ludo Party: Truth or Dare does NOT collect, transmit, or store any Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

No Account Required: You do not need to register an account, sign in, or provide personal details such as your real name, email address, phone number, address, or password to play.
Local Data Storage: All your game progress, custom player names, board theme preferences, game statistics, and custom-created Truth or Dare cards are stored strictly on your local device (via Android SharedPreferences). This information never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

3. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)

This Application uses third-party advertising services provided by Google AdMob (a Google Play Services component) to display ads and keep the game free for all users.

Third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob, may collect and process pseudonymous, non-personal technical data in accordance with their privacy policies:

Mobile Advertising Identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / GAID).
Coarse geographic location derived from IP address (city/country level).
Performance, diagnostic, and crash metrics to prevent fraud, invalid clicks, and optimize ad delivery.

4. Device Permissions

Our Application requests only minimal, standard network permissions:

android.permission.INTERNET: Required to load AdMob advertisements.
android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used to check whether an active internet connection is available before requesting ads.

The Application does NOT request or access sensitive device features such as your Camera, Microphone, GPS Location, Contacts, SMS, or External Storage.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Ludo Party: Truth or Dare is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect, request, or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and international child privacy regulations.

6. User Rights and Data Deletion

Because your game data is stored exclusively on your device, you have full control over it at all times:

In-App Reset: You can reset all custom cards and restore default game settings at any time using the "Reset" button located in the Manage Cards screen.
Device Clear Data: You can delete all local data by going to your Android device settings:
Settings > Apps > Ludo Party > Storage > Clear Data.
Uninstalling: Uninstalling the Application will permanently erase all local data and custom content from your device.
Advertising ID Reset: You can reset or opt out of personalized ads at any time via:
Settings > Privacy > Ads > Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.

7. Security

We value your trust. Since we do not transmit or store your personal data on remote servers, the risk of data compromise is minimal. We encourage you to keep your device operating system updated to maintain local device security.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our Application, applicable laws, or Google Play Developer Policies. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." We advise you to review this page periodically for any updates.
